Senior Optometrist Role at Specsavers Eastleigh

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated optometrist to join our team as a Senior Optometrist. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and shape the clinical team, contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and development to the clinical team. You will work closely with the wider practice team to ensure that high-quality customer service standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the clinical team to achieve high-quality customer service standards
  • Collaborating with the wider practice team to create a seamless customer journey

Compensation Package

This role comes with a competitive salary of £70,000 plus a £10,000 joining bonus (terms apply). You can also earn up to £10,000 in year 2. We provide full diagnostics, including OCT, fundus photography, autorefraction, and NCT, as well as GOC and CoO fees paid. IP, glaucoma, med ret, and higher qualifications are fully funded, along with access to fantastic CUES, glaucoma, and cataract services.
