Main Duties of the Job

As a Pharmaceutical Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the EPMA system, including routine updates, installation of updated software, and testing required for any current version of the system. You will also provide expert support in the technical aspects of the development, implementation, and upgrading of the Trust-wide EPMA system, using your significant experience as a pharmacy technician with extensive experience of EPMA as a system user and administrator.

Person Specification

For this role, we are looking for a pharmacy technician with significant experience in a hospital pharmacy environment, experience of using and developing EPMA, and experience of pharmacy stock control systems. You should also have excellent working knowledge of SQL reporting, be able to use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to produce high-quality documents, and have excellent communication skills – oral and written.
