About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Import Customs & Operations Seafreight Specialist to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our Freight Forwarding Operations Department, you will be responsible for handling Customs Clearance processes, managing Port Health clearance, booking deliveries efficiently, and booking international ocean freight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customs Clearance processes, mainly imports
  • Manage Port Health clearance
  • Book deliveries efficiently and accurately
  • Book international ocean freight

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations
  • Import Customs experience
  • Primarily experience in imports
  • Knowledge of Multifreight is beneficial but not compulsory
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
