Hairdressing Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hairdressing Lecturer to cover on an ongoing basis. Our renowned educational establishment offers access to state-of-the-art facilities, modern classrooms, and a supportive environment for both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures and demonstrations to students studying Hairdressing VTCT (level 3).
- Develop and deliver comprehensive course material that aligns with the curriculum objectives.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
- A level 2 in Hairdressing and relevant industry or education experience.
- Prior teaching or training experience is desirable.
- A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential - Experience will also be considered.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
