**Job Title:** Logistics Shift Manager

Location: UK and Ireland

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Shift Manager to lead our warehouse operations in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily shift operation, ensuring efficient and accurate sortation of goods, and maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the warehousing operation to ensure effective and accurate sortation of goods.
  • Ensure all activities are undertaken in line with company policies, prioritizing safety and proactive management.
  • Manage costs and performance of the shift, driving productivity and efficiency.
  • Effectively manage performance, conduct, absence, engagement, and training development of team members, holding them accountable to agreed departmental and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics or distribution industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, with ability to manage teams in fast-paced mail/distribution environments.
