Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to resolve customer queries and ensure customer data is up-to-date and accurately reflects our billing systems.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to analyze and interpret large datasets, identifying trends and anomalies.
  • Support the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve data accuracy and customer satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn our internal database systems and processes.

Working Pattern

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
