Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Tyman UK and Ireland and play a crucial role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Building relationships with existing and prospective customers to guide the sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Making outbound calls to our existing database of customers to discuss and provide quotations for our product range.
  • Closing new leads and opportunities to achieve set KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Undertaking a range of administrative duties relating to processing customer orders and ensuring the internal database is up to date and accurate.
Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Demonstrate proven experience in an internal sales/outbound sales role with commercial acumen and the ability to meet KPIs and order values.
  • Experience using IT systems such as SAGE and Salesforce is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and customer focus skills with the ability to tailor your approach based on the customer's needs.
