Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at San Carlo. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an engaging atmosphere for our guests.

About the Role:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Greet customers warmly and take orders, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to high standards of hygiene.
• Manage cash and credit card transactions, including opening and closing tabs and making change with accuracy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is essential, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
