Job Title: Chargé de gestion performance rh h/f

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our people function and drive business success. As a key member of our Personnel Selection team, you will be responsible for managing all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, UK recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all core HR departmental areas, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, including health and safety rules.
  2. Conduct conflict management and resolution, enforce company policies, and lead disciplinary procedures.
  3. Act as a strategic business partner to the Management team, coaching Managers on performance management issues and processes.
  4. Develop and implement recruiting and retention plans for the UK organisation.
  5. Provide guidance on development for managers and their teams.
  6. Manage all HR documents, create, maintain, and update confidential HR records, contracts, policies, and associated documentation.
  7. Sponsorship responsibilities.
  8. Develop, review, and maintain compensation and benefits plans for the organization.
  9. Manage the UK car fleet.
Person Specification and Background:
  1. Minimum 5 years HR Generalist experience.
  2. A professional and commercial approach to HR.
  3. CIPD Graduate / master's degree in human resources.
  4. Excellent skills in leadership, communication, presentation, and strategic analysis.
  5. Experience in operating and building effective relationships in a cross-functional work environment.
