About the Role

As a Construction Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing comprehensive project programmes and schedules, working closely with our operations directors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Programme Development & Maintenance: Create, maintain, and update detailed and logic-linked critical path Contract and Target Programmes, method statements, and logistics plans from bid to delivery stages.
  2. Project Management & Coordination: Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring that each phase is completed on time and within budget, collaborating closely with site teams, project managers, engineers, architects, and design managers to align on project objectives.
  3. Reporting & Documentation: Produce critical path progress reports, forecasts, and plans for internal teams and stakeholders, highlighting project status, timelines, risks, and proposed mitigation strategies.
  4. Risk Management & Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  5. Resource Planning & Cost Management: Work alongside the internal Costing team to accurately calculate and allocate resources for each project phase, ensuring optimal use of time and budget.
