About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Secrets Management Lead Specialist to join our team in Sheffield. This role will involve working on setting the direction for HSBC's Secrets Management controls and reporting framework, utilizing and sharing subject matter expertise across a broad range of stakeholders, developing innovative and modern controls to ensure we are set for success, and defining the operational requirements and helping build and shape the team to deliver this.

Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and experience in security spaces, including credential arrangement. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and uplifting IAM Secrets Management control processing, providing direct assistance and contribution to the Identity & Access Management organization of access management of HSBC's machine-to-machine authentication controls, identifying, investigating, and reporting potential Cybersecurity related exposures and recommending corrective action, maintaining SME support and/or ownership through to resolution, and working alongside the IDAM Control Owners to record, monitor, and publish MI/KCI reporting; dashboards; for the Cybersecurity management and other appropriate stakeholders.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a large Financial services organisation, a technical background within security spaces- credential arrangement, experience managing audit and risk relationships, and role-relevant qualifications, i.e. CISSP/CISM is desirable but not essential. You should also have strong presentation and reporting skills.
