We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Specialist to join our team at Estee Lauder Companies. As a Beauty Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the Tom Ford Beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, while providing prompt, polite, and efficient service to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expert knowledge of Tom Ford Beauty products and communicate effectively with customers to maximize sales and customer loyalty.
  • Personal Grooming: Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and adhere to Tom Ford Beauty uniform and grooming guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team, helping colleagues and promoting team efficiency by being flexible and taking on tasks as required.
  • Housekeeping and Administration: Maintain high standards of housekeeping, including cleaning counters, tester stands, and displays, and complete administration accurately and on time.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous beauty or artistry experience is desirable.
  • Customer Service: Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Availability: Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Technical Skills: Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
