About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Officer for National Response to join our team at the National CBRN Centre. As a key member of our training team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering training programs that equip emergency services with the skills and knowledge needed to respond effectively to CBRN threats.

  • Work closely with subject matter experts to develop and refine training materials">
  • Ensure that training programs are aligned with the latest best practices and regulatory requirements">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in training and development, preferably in a public safety or emergency services context">
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Able to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment">
  • A UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively">
