Job Title: Senior HR Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Bramah HR Ltd. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on employment law, employee relations, and HR policies to colleagues across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compliant and best practice HR advice to colleagues
  • Support the HR team with employee relations and ER cases
  • Operate independently across 2 sites, managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Strong ER experience and knowledge of employment law
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Arrangements:
