About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our client's team in a specialist manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on premium-level projects with a wide range of high-valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain, and repair mechanical components, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery.
  • Work in a physical role that requires lifting heavy items and reading engineering drawings.
  • Travel and stay away from home on occasions, with hotels paid and a £25 allowance per day.
Requirements
  • Time-served Mechanical Fitter with experience in maintaining, repairing, installing, and servicing mechanical components.
  • HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering is desirable, but experience will be considered.
  • CSCS and IPAF desired, as well as a Full UK Driving Licence.
