Support Worker

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include supporting clients with personal care, assisting with medication, and helping with daily living activities such as shopping, meal preparation, and household chores. You'll also maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, and contribute to ongoing care planning and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
No prior experience in social care is necessary. What we're looking for are compassionate, empathetic individuals who can build strong relationships with our clients and their families. If you're willing to learn, adapt, and grow with us, we'd love to hear from you.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour (£13.00 on weekends) and a comprehensive package of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, Death in Service Payment, pension scheme, Benefits and Well-being Platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), Refer a friend scheme, and Cycle to work scheme.
