About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Stark Danmark A/S. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, loyalty, and sales for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and brand pillars.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategy remains effective and competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Excellent content creation and curation skills, with the ability to develop engaging and relevant content for our target audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
