We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our dedicated team at Cliveden House. As a key member of our Spa operations, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our Spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of changing room areas and swimming pool facilities.
  • Assist the Fitness Instructor in maintaining the cleanliness of fitness equipment.
  • Report any maintenance faults to the Spa Housekeeper or other Manager if unavailable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and members, responding to their queries and requests in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Ensure a continuous supply of clean towels and robes for members and guests.
  • Maintain a well-stocked supply of shower gel, shampoo, and water for Club guests.
  • Open or close the outdoor pool as required.
  • Clear dirty plates and glasses from the pool area.
