Main Duties

As a Payroll Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting payroll data, including starters, leavers, and variations to contract
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Producing accurate and punctual payments to employees
  • Applying and interpreting NHS/Trust conditions of service
  • Ensuring compliance with Statutory Regulations and internal audit requirements
