Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Pricing Specialist to join our team at Sterling Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating pricing structures for our clients, carriers, and data information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Structure Maintenance: Maintain and update pricing structures for all customers, carrier rates, and data information, including uploads.
- Analytics Support: Provide analytics support by way of data entry and review to contribute towards the ongoing processes.
- Data Manipulation: Complex data manipulation in spreadsheets for tender pricing and price file maintenance.
- Pricing Coordination: Coordinate with the Procurement Team regarding pricing changes, policies, and procedures.
- Data Extraction and Compilation: Extract, transform, and compile a variety of data (e.g., financial data/gain shares, GRI, shipping volumes) for use in various analytical and reporting.
- Price Data Processing: Process mass loads of price data, considering and managing data from multiple sources to support market review.
- Carrier Monitoring: Monitor carrier websites and notifications.
- Price Contract Documentation: Perform price contract documentation audits and communicate corrective actions.
- Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of intermediate Excel, including but not limited to calculation formulas and pivot tables.
- Soft Skills: Excellent planning and attention to detail.
