Financial Operations Coordinator

## Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Specialist to join our team at HireIQ. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including purchase ledger processing, VAT and CIS returns, and credit card reconciliations.
## Key Responsibilities
* Process purchase ledger entries, including month-end procedures
* Prepare and submit VAT and CIS returns
* Reconcile credit card transactions and maintain accurate financial records
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
* Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
## Requirements
* Proficiency in Sage and Eque2 accounting software
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a high-volume invoicing environment
