The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to manage the cross-functional coordination and alignment of Dechra's finished goods supply requirements in European and International markets.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with commercial colleagues, build relationships with manufacturing partners, and contribute to the development and delivery of a supply plan supporting our global products strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and control stock, including new processes to introduce global ways of working for replenishment planning and demand planning.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a customer-focused supply plan to support our category strategy.
  • Implement supply plans for global products, demonstrating a deep understanding of our replenishment systems.
  • Manage stock and associated supply chain activities effectively and efficiently to maximize sales and minimize costs.
  • Achieve targeted stock and service objectives for specific financial measures and performance critical metrics.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure supply to the market.

Requirements

  • Negotiation and customer/stakeholder relationship building skills.
  • Working knowledge of computerized Purchasing & Inventory Management systems.
  • Ability to utilize MSOffice and work in a fluid, fast-moving environment.
  • Lateral thinking and ability to deliver imaginative, pragmatic solutions with high commercial acumen.
  • Comfortable communicating to various audiences in an inspiring and credible way.
