Role Overview
The Senior Service Advisor will be the point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Train and support new members of the Service department, ensuring a high level of performance and achievement of set targets.
- Act as a pivotal point of contact, utilizing existing skills to drive team performance and achieve desirable outcomes.
- Support customers throughout their Marshall journey, providing a positive and proactive experience.
- Complete administration duties accurately and sympathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proactively support customers with future requirements, driving retention and customer loyalty.
