We are looking for a Person-Centred Befriender to join our team at the Brainkind Neurological Centre York. The role involves visiting individuals with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions, sharing hobbies and interests, and providing regular one-to-one companionship.

About the Role

The person-centred befriending relationship will be unique to each individual, and we encourage you to use your imagination and creativity to engage with them.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a commitment to undertaking relevant checks, training, and following all Brainkind's policies and procedures. You will also need to adhere to health and safety and fire regulations.
