We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer or Residential Property Legal Specialist to work with our team at Austin Fraser, dedicated to delivering high-quality services.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion and be familiar with registered & unregistered conveyances, including freehold, leasehold, new build & shared ownership properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Re-mortgages, transfers of equity & help to buy schemes
- Land Registry applications

Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum depending on experience.
