About the Role
Nexgen Group is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our static sites in the area.
As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames.
- Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hover carpeted areas.
- Empty waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls and paper towels (if contractual).
- Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks.
- Clean communal kitchen areas.
