Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
