We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team at Roxel UK. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products from design to delivery.

About the Role - The successful candidate will have responsibility for conducting quality inspections, identifying and addressing any quality issues, and maintaining accurate records. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of quality policies and procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues
  • Develop and implement quality control processes
  • Train and mentor junior inspectors
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Apprenticeship level 3 or equivalent in an engineering discipline

Desirable:

  • Internal Auditor AS/EN9100 training

Skills and Experience:

  • Quality inspection experience within a manufacturing/engineering industry
  • CMM operation/programming expertise
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
