About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Child Welfare Professional to join our team at Corus Consultancy. In this role, you will work closely with social workers to provide comprehensive support to vulnerable children and their families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and recording relevant information to support social workers in their roles.
  • Ensuring the well-being and safety of children and young people is prioritised at all times.
  • Providing high-quality support to children and their families, including attending meetings and making phone calls.
  • Liaising with other professionals and agencies to achieve optimal outcomes for children and families.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports in accordance with statutory and organisational requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with a variety of audiences, including children, parents, and other professionals.
  • Taking personal responsibility for professional development and reflective practice.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to contribute to positive outcomes for children and families.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative and IT skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A clear and organised approach to record-keeping.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary:

£34,000 - £40,000 per annum.
