Ashville Knight is a leading provider of property services, and we are seeking a skilled Residential Property Support Professional to join our team. This role will provide support to Fee Earners on a mixed caseload of property files, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

Key Responsibilities
· Assist Fee Earners with property matters
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
· Liaise with clients and other parties as required
· Conduct property searches and prepare associated documents
· Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
· Work collaboratively as part of a team

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure. A good understanding of property law and procedures is essential.
