About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Associate to join our team at the AC Hotel by Marriott Glasgow. As a Breakfast Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless breakfast experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve breakfast at our in-house restaurant, 'Hazel', and provide quality service to our guests.
  • Deliver orders in a timely manner and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high guest satisfaction.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our menu offerings and be able to make recommendations to guests.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Strong team spirit and a customer-oriented approach.
