We are looking for an EHS Generalist to join our UK EHS team at Raytheon Technologies. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of initiative and commitment to meeting goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the EHS and Facilities Team, as well as guidance to management and employees across the business. They will work on various projects with the EHS team, act as the lead, and present plans to key stakeholders.

This is a site-based position with multi-site responsibilities within the region. Additional support may be required at other Raytheon Technologies locations, which will require travel and potential overnight stays.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Description:

Main Duties
  1. Working on various projects with the EHS team, act as the lead and prepared to present out plans to key stakeholders
  2. Demonstrate initiative in developing EHS programmes and initiating change processes
  3. Develop a good understanding of the EHS management system in line with legal requirements and corporate standards
  4. Provide EHS advice and guidance, using escalation techniques when required
  5. Working knowledge of risk assessment and initiating action plans
