About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our Contract Administration Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including contract administration, site inspections, and quality management.
  • Prepare specifications and schedules of work, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Act as Contract Administrator, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery, and provide support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • RICS or CIOB accredited construction degree.
  • MRICS/MCIOB qualified desirable but not essential.
  • 3 years post-qualification experience, ideally in both new build and refurbishment projects.
  • At least 1-2 years of managing own projects.
  • Proven site experience and providing similar services in your current role.
  • Confident communicator and experienced in client-facing roles.
  • Managing the client relationship and service delivery on a project-by-project basis.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK to meetings and sites.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A 'self-starter' able to be trusted to work with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Full UK driving licence.
