Account Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Executive to join our team at Wheely Ltd. in Hammersmith, London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with corporate clients.
Job DescriptionYour primary objective will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, convert leads into established accounts, and foster the growth of existing clients. You will work closely with internal teams to enhance our service offerings and engage in cross-regional collaboration to capture multi-country business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a Wheely ambassador, exemplifying the brand in interactions with business clients.
- Identify and develop business opportunities, identifying leads from all available channels.
- Transform sales leads into established business accounts within your market.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to convert potential and existing customers into committed accounts.
- Foster the growth of newly activated accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to support their expansion.
- Proven background and network in B2B sales, preferably within luxury services, SaaS B2B sales, ride-hailing or chauffeur services, or elite or private banking sectors.
- Demonstrated prowess in proactive sales.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Competency in managing multiple deals and navigating a dynamic startup landscape.
- Independence in work, with a track record of minimal supervision necessity.
- Analytical acumen, capable of evaluating pipeline performance and market dynamics. Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
