We are seeking an Education and Development Specialist to join our team at Getting In Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting apprentices with classroom instruction, records, and assignments, leading discussion sections, delivering lectures or guest lectures, grading assignments or papers, taking attendance or monitoring participation, and conferring with students individually or in small groups.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, IT skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, customer care skills, problem-solving skills, presentation skills, administrative skills, number skills, analytical skills, logical thinking, team-working skills, creativity, initiative, non-judgemental attitude, patience, and physical fitness.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
