Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated English Teacher to join our team at New Barn School. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to our students, promoting their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet their individual needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience
Requirements:
  • QTS/QTLS qualification
  • Experience teaching English in a SEN setting
  • Knowledge of current education issues and best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
