As a key member of the Whole School Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice on medical matters and ensuring the health and wellbeing of our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the medical services team and provide guidance on medical policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the health and wellbeing of students and staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care
- Provide medical advice and support to students, staff, and parents
- Substantial experience as a registered health professional in a school, community, or GP-based role
- Experience of working with children and young people
- Experience in a management or supervisory role within a similar clinical environment
