Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Architect. The role will involve leveraging ServiceNow to deliver superior automation, user experiences and integration with various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own the architecture of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance, effective governance and best-practices are applied.
  2. Design, develop and implement service management solutions in ServiceNow platform.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, solve complex business problems, and transform them into ServiceNow solutions.
  4. Drive process definition, re-engineering, improvement, automation and gap analysis of current/best-practice business processes.
  5. Develop a technical roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state, aligned with Business objectives in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
  6. Facilitate the implementation and integration of ServiceNow to other platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.
  7. Test, review and oversee the launch of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they function as expected and provide significant improvement to the organisation's efficiency.
  8. Maintain a high level of expertise in the latest industry technologies and trends in ServiceNow.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  2. Hands-on ServiceNow architect experience.
  3. Strong understanding of IT service management and the ITIL framework.
  4. Proficient in creating comprehensive and strategic ServiceNow architecture plans.
  5. At least 2 of the following certifications (along with an active Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect):
    • Certified System Administrator
    • Certified Application Developer
    • Certified Application Specialist (Performance Analytics)
    • Implementation Specialist (Customer Service Management)
    • Implementation Specialist (Service Mapping)
    • Implementation Specialist (Discovery)
    • Implementation Specialist (IT Service Management)
