We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Reporting Manager to join our team at Sanderson. As a key member of our reporting team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our ESG reporting suite under the guidance of our Hof ESG Reporting / ESG Reporting Manager.

Job Overview

This is an 8-month fixed-term contract, offering a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum. You will be based in Central London HQ, working on-site one day a week.

Your primary responsibility will be to project manage the data collection process for responsible business key performance indicators (KPIs), including reviewing and auditing the data. You will work closely with internal teams and consultants to improve the quality of responsible business data.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Data Collection and Management: Lead the data collection process for responsible business KPIs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Audit and Assurance: Manage the audit and assurance of responsible business data, collaborating with external audit providers and internal audit teams as needed.
  3. Project Management: Coordinate the responsible business reporting team to deliver corporate responsible business reporting on time and within budget.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing clear guidance and support throughout the reporting process.

You will also support the wider Reporting team in preparing for upcoming requirements, such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) implementation.

Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in sustainability reporting, with a strong understanding of best practice reporting standards and frameworks.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analysis and Synthesis: Skilled in analyzing and synthesizing technical information, presenting it in a simple and business-focused format.
