As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to children aged 6-17 who have experienced trauma and neglect, helping them to develop essential life skills and build positive relationships.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of residential childcare principles, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
