Job Overview

Commercial Property Associate Solicitor

William James Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Commercial Real Estate Associate Solicitor to join our client's team. As a key member of the Commercial Real Estate team, you will be responsible for advising on all aspects of sales, purchases, leases, lease management, and bank finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
  • Manage and advise on lease agreements and lease renewals
  • Assist with bank finance and other commercial property-related matters
  • Develop relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations

Requirements

  • 4-6 years post-qualification experience as a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor
  • Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
  • Development experience and a passion for business development
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage a varied caseload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
