Your Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Configure and manage industrial automation systems, including SCADA telemetry systems.
  • Implement process improvements, collaborating with operational functions and stakeholders.
  • Support the OT Assurance Manager in developing and implementing new technologies.
  • Work with onsite engineers to design and implement regional telemetry solutions.
  • Develop and utilize configuration templates, presets, and regional mimics.
  • Monitor alarm lists to ensure timely resolution of system alarms.
  • Maintain a forward schedule of configuration change.
  • Provide timely responses to operational issues, performing analysis, diagnosis, and resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to department information security policies.
  • Participate in a standby rota to ensure 24/7 availability of OT services.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, such as engineering or IT.
  • Operational/industrial technology experience, preferably in SCADA systems.
  • ITIL foundation certificate in IT Service Management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
