Sustainability Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our sustainability services team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize energy use and promote sustainability within client organizations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's/Master's Engineering Degree or related field, as well as corporate sustainability and sustainable development skills. You should also have experience in sustainability reporting and analytical skills, as well as the ability to develop and execute sustainability strategies.

1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize energy use and promote sustainability within client organizations.
2. Provide expert advice on energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost reduction opportunities.
3. Leverage project management skills to deliver end-to-end project delivery with the team and report on assessments.
4. Mentor and guide team members to ensure they meet the requirements of the sustainability agenda.
5. Collaborate with the SLT to drive project initiatives and manage customer relationships.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
