About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brown and Wills Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services on a range of projects, from inception to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services on a range of projects
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Develop and implement effective cost management strategies
Requirements:
  • 10 years' experience in a consultancy or contractor environment
  • Client-facing ability and excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with Private or Public sector clients (preferably both)
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • MRICS or similar accreditation
