• Develop and implement high-quality food solutions for our schools
• Work closely with the operations team to exceed customer expectations
• Coach and train local on-site teams to drive standards

• Proven experience as a Craft Trainer in the education sector
• Excellent presentation, planning, and time management skills
• Sound knowledge and awareness of our sector
• Full UK driving license and access to a car
