This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HVAC specialist with a gas bias to join our team at Calibre Search. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating systems across the M62 corridor.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites.
  • Perform technical and compliance paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, including boilers, fans, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, etc.
  • Safe working practices in relation to 3-phase and single-phase electrics.
  • Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Achieve a salary of approximately £44,330 basic + £2,535 standby payments (£46,865 all-in).
  • Paid travel time, overtime, call-out, 33 days holiday, pension & excellent benefits.
  • Hours: 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
  • Standby/Call Out: 1 in 4.

  • ACS Gas – COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1, TPCP1A
