Fleet Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team at Insight Select Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire Vehicle Management: Handle requests for hire vehicles and ensure timely delivery and collection.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Keep employees informed about ongoing vehicle repairs and ensure MOT and service reminders are sent out and booked in advance.
  • Parking and Ticketing: Issue parking ticket details to relevant stores and ensure effective resolution.
  • Fleet Management: Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance.
  • Accident Management: Manage any accidents or vehicle damages and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Fuel Card Management: Assist with the issuing and replacement of fuel cards.
  • Ticketing System Management: Ensure the ticketing system is up-to-date and stores are notified of progress.
  • Purchase Orders: Raise purchase orders for fleet-related expenses.
  • Budget Management: Work within set budgets for the department and ensure all facilities and fleet queries are actioned.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within fleet or facilities management.
  • Skills: Strong database and ticketing management skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
Package:
  • Salary: Up to £32,000 base salary.
  • Contract: 6-month contract with potential for extension.
  • Location: Fully office-based in Bromley.
