Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, helping them to develop social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring students receive tailored support.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive classroom environment, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.
- Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills, monitoring and recording progress to inform teaching practices.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior support, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- A supportive and friendly working environment, with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
- Access to training and resources to enhance your skills, helping you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children.
- A chance to work with a dedicated team, committed to providing high-quality education and support to all students, especially those with special educational needs.
- Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable, but not essential.
- A patient, caring, and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special education is a plus, but not required.
