Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Customer Journey Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients through their home-buying journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between customers and our lenders, guaranteeing a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
  • Liaising with customers and lenders to facilitate efficient mortgage application processes.
  • Proactively managing applications, completing all necessary administration tasks accurately and on time.
  • Delivering top-notch customer service, responding promptly and professionally to written and verbal enquiries.
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maintain open communication channels and meet set deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications
This role requires strong organisational skills, a professional telephone manner, and excellent communication abilities. A minimum of 6 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, is mandatory. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued, and familiarity with FCA Certification Regime and Conduct Rules is essential.
