Job Overview

As a Chef with Sodexo, you will be part of a team that values culinary excellence and strives to provide exceptional service to our clients. Your role will involve working in a busy kitchen environment, assisting with service, preparation, and other duties, while ensuring strict adherence to EHO guidelines and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with running service, preparation, and other duties in a busy kitchen environment
  • Ensure strict adherence to EHO guidelines and systems
  • Work with the FOH team to drive service excellence
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations
  • Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience in menu production and confident input
  • Exposure to bulk cooking
  • The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

Package Details

  • 35 hours per week
  • Various Shift Patterns
  • Monday to Friday: 0600-1400 or 1130-1900
  • Saturday and Sunday: 0900-1730
  • 5 out of 7 days
  • £ per hour
