Job OverviewAs a Chef with Sodexo, you will be part of a team that values culinary excellence and strives to provide exceptional service to our clients. Your role will involve working in a busy kitchen environment, assisting with service, preparation, and other duties, while ensuring strict adherence to EHO guidelines and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with running service, preparation, and other duties in a busy kitchen environment
- Ensure strict adherence to EHO guidelines and systems
- Work with the FOH team to drive service excellence
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations
- Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard
Requirements:
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Basic IT skills
- Experience in menu production and confident input
- Exposure to bulk cooking
- The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

- 35 hours per week
- Various Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday: 0600-1400 or 1130-1900
- Saturday and Sunday: 0900-1730
- 5 out of 7 days
- £ per hour
